podcast production…
Podcast production for coaches, founders, and thought leaders. Done in-house, done to standard.

One-time launch
Everything your show needs to go live properly. Audio, graphics, hosting, distribution, your first three episodes, and the workflow that keeps it running after launch week.
Each launch episode goes live as a blog post on your site, formatted and published for you.
Your launch announcement written into your email platform and scheduled to go out on launch day.
Launch investment
Pay in full. $1,100 in one payment.
Payment plan. 2 payments of $600. A 50% deposit to hold your launch slot, and the remaining 50% before launch day.
Shownotes. For the launch, you write or provide the shownotes copy. I give you guidance and the structure to work from.
We map your launch timeline on the call, then work backwards from the date you want to go live.
Monthly management
Three retainers, all covering up to 5 episodes a month. The difference is how much of the show you keep holding, and how much I take.
Your episodes edited, released, and tracked every week. You keep the promotion and the writing. I take the production work.
You handle: recording, promoting the episode, writing shownotes, and guest outreach.
Everything in Basic, plus the promotion layer. Your episode goes out to your list, your socials, YouTube, and your blog every week.
You handle: recording, writing shownotes, and guest outreach.
Everything in Standard, plus the writing and the pitching. You show up, record, and the rest of the show is handled.
You handle: recording only.
Additional fees: extra episode $120. Audio over 1 hour, $10 additional in the next invoice.
Who this is for
What happens next
A short conversation about your show. Where it is now, where you want it, and what you actually want off your plate.
Launch, monthly management, or both. We pick the tier that matches your episode volume and how much you want to keep holding.
We lock your start date and the production workflow kicks in. You record. I run the rest.
Whether you are launching a show or already publishing and quietly drowning in the workflow, the fix is the same. Get the production off your plate and keep the voice.
