Real outcomes

What this looks like in practice.

Five clients. Five different challenges. The same arc: the operational layer caught up with the work they were already doing well.

These are the deeper versions of the testimonials. The full picture of what the work actually looked like, what changed, and what they’d tell someone considering it for themselves.

Julie Reisler

Julie Reisler

The Challenge

Julie had built one of the most established personal development practices in her space. A TEDx talk, a 3.5M-download podcast, faculty appointments, a book, a coach certification academy. The work in front of the room was thriving. What she needed was a collaborator on the operational layer who could match the pace and the integrity of the work she was doing publicly. Not someone to hand tasks to. Someone to think with.

The Approach

Phase 1, the deep dive audit, gave us a full read across all eight stages of Offer OS. The Capture and Nurture stages needed attention first. Julie was running multiple programs (her main coaching practice, the Intuitive Life Designer Academy, podcast monetization) and the systems weren’t differentiating between audiences who came in through different doors. We mapped the journey, rebuilt the segmentation, and then continued together as an ongoing engagement. The strategic and architectural decisions stayed shared between us. The execution and documentation lived with me.

The Outcomes

Julie’s audiences across her three programs now move through their own appropriate journeys. Her launches no longer require her to be the operational center. She has a system that supports her work without depending on her energy, which means her energy stays where it belongs, with the women she’s there to teach.

In Her Words

“She’s a collaborator. We’ve done meetings together and it doesn’t matter that I live halfway around the world from her. She’s just a sweetheart, a team player, and such a delight to work with. She’s so creative and so willing to take ideas and run with it. Hazel, I’m so grateful that you’ve come into my life and have elevated me with my business and I know that you are going to be amazing for anyone who wants to work with you.”

If the work you’re doing publicly is outpacing what your systems can hold, this is the kind of collaboration built for that.

Erin Merrihew

Erin Merrihew

The Challenge

Erin came in mid-transition. She was running her coaching practice across multiple platforms that didn’t talk to each other cleanly, and she was about to migrate the whole stack to something more sustainable. The Capture and Onboard stages were the most affected. New leads were entering through different doors, getting nurtured inconsistently, and the migration risk was real. One wrong move during transition would lose months of audience-building.

The Approach

We started with a thorough intake of her existing stack so I understood the business from the inside out, not just the platforms in isolation. That intake was Phase 1. In Phase 2, the build, we took the migration in stages, each mapped to an Offer OS stage: Capture first (lead segmentation cleaned up before the platform move), then Onboard (welcome and delivery sequences rebuilt on the new stack), then the Deliver stage (course platform and membership tightened). Beyond the migration itself, I suggested new systems that would uplevel the whole operation, not just survive the platform change. Phase 3, the handoff, shipped the SOP documentation her team could run.

The Outcomes

Erin’s clients now have a measurably better experience on the receiving end of her business. The migration didn’t lose her audience. New systems are in place that her team can run without her watching. The transitions that could have been stressful were streamlined instead.

In Her Words

“Right away she took a thorough intake of my business to really understand it from the inside out. She not only takes over the systems I was already doing myself, but she also made really great suggestions about new systems I could migrate to that would uplevel the entire business. She gave such great advice every step of the way and walked me through those transitions so it wasn’t stressful, it was really streamlined. My clients are having such a better experience on the receiving end of my business now.”

If you’re mid-migration and worried about what breaks in the move, this is what a careful transition looks like.

Claire

The Challenge

When Claire first came to me, she had a beautiful coaching practice and no real funnel or membership behind it. Leads were coming in from different places, sitting in different lists, and getting followed up with from whatever automation happened to fire that day. There was no SOP behind any of it. The Capture stage was leaking. Each new offer meant starting from scratch. Every launch felt heavy because the backend wasn’t quite trusted to hold what she was building on top of it.

The Approach

Phase 1 was the Audit. The map showed exactly where she was leaking, Capture and Convert were the worst, but Nurture was also firing at the wrong audiences for half her list. The build ran in two focused rounds. The first rebuilt the Capture stage so subscribers from her three different opt-ins each got the right welcome sequence. The second fixed the customer-vs-prospect exclusion in the Convert stage so buyers stopped receiving prospect emails. Each round shipped with the SOP doc so her team could run the new logic on every launch after.

The Outcomes

Today, Claire’s backend runs without her watching it. Leads come in clean. The right people get nurtured the way she’d nurture them in person. Sales close. The ones who say yes get welcomed in. The ones who don’t get followed up with later, gently. Every part of her funnel has a documented SOP her team can run. And Claire is back to doing the thing she’s here to do, which is delivering the program, holding the room, and being present with the women she’s there to serve.

In Her Words

“Every launch used to feel heavy. Now they just run, and I’m finally back in the room with the women I’m here to serve.”

If your launches feel heavier than they should, this is what the fix looks like.

Time & Peace of Mind

“Hazel sees loopholes in a system just by talking through it with us. She asks the kind of logical questions that make the next step obvious. She cleaned up our CRM, built SOPs our team actually runs, and now we can rinse and repeat a launch without scrambling.”

Heather

The Challenge

Heather’s coaching programs had a Retain stage with nothing behind it. Renewal depended on her remembering to reach out personally, one member at a time. Email, the channel already carrying every other part of her business, had never brought a single member back. Members reached the end of their term and left or stayed based on whether she caught it in time.

The Approach

We built renewal automation into the Retain stage across ActiveCampaign and AccessAlly. Three emails, triggered 30 days before term end, segmented by the program each member joined so the message matches what they’re actually renewing. The sequence reaches members before their term closes rather than after, which turns renewal into a conversation the system starts instead of one she has to remember. It runs on every cycle without her touching it.

The Outcomes

Within the same month the automation went live, the program took its first renewal ever generated through email: a $5,000 sale. This wasn’t a percentage lift on an existing process. It was a stage that had produced nothing at all, producing.

In Her Words

“I’m surprised the automated emails work. No one renewed from emails before.”

If renewal only happens when you remember to ask, this is what the Retain stage looks like when it’s built.

Rose Folsom

Rose Folsom

The Challenge

Rose had built a meaningful writing practice and was growing her audience steadily. But the operational layer wasn’t keeping up with her output. Different platforms, different systems, more tools added every time something didn’t quite fit. The complexity wasn’t in the work itself. It was scattered across decisions made under pressure that had accumulated over time. What she needed was someone who could simplify rather than add.

The Approach

The audit pointed at one place: the Systemize stage of Offer OS. Phase 2 focused there. Not building more. Building LESS, and making sure what remained actually ran cleanly. We mapped what she was actually using versus what was sitting idle, quietly taking attention. Consolidated where consolidation made sense. Cut what wasn’t earning its place. Streamlined the recurring flows so they didn’t require her presence to function. The work wasn’t glamorous. It was the operational equivalent of clearing a desk so the actual writing could happen on it.

The Outcomes

Rose’s systems are now streamlined enough that she stays out of the weeds. The complexity that used to live in her head moved into documented, simpler operational logic. She can focus on the writing and the audience without being pulled back into platform management every other week.

In Her Words

“Thank you, Hazel, for helping me build streamlined systems that keep me out of the weeds.”

“Shiny objects are the enemy of simplicity. The complexity was in my head, not in my business. Hazel has helped guide me to simplicity, which has given me more clarity in my business.”

If your backend has grown by addition and you’re ready for someone to simplify it, this is where we start.

Systems & Clarity

“Hazel did a phenomenal job. She’s extremely detailed, has a great ability to follow directions, comes back with great clarifying questions to make sure she knows exactly what’s expected, and then delivers exactly what’s expected. She’s great at helping us tweak and improve our internal systems over time, so we don’t just get better once, we actually continue to get better.”

When you’re ready…

Your story is the next one.

Each of these started with someone wondering if their backend was as broken as it felt. The discovery call is 30 minutes and we figure out which phase you actually need. If you’d rather start smaller, the Audit maps it for $497.
