This is for you if

You’ve built something real. You have a proven offer, paying clients, a real audience, and the systems behind it have grown the way most online businesses grow. One piece at a time, often added under pressure, sometimes by different people, sometimes by you between sessions.

Now you’re at a point where the business is working, but you can feel that some of it is working harder than it should.

Maybe leads aren’t converting the way they used to. Maybe a launch felt heavier than the last one. Maybe your team keeps asking the same questions. Maybe you’re the only one who knows how the welcome sequence routes, or which sequence fires when someone buys, or what happens to a lead who downloads two different opt-ins on the same day.

That feeling has a source.

It’s almost never one big problem. It’s usually two or three stages of your Offer OS quietly leaking, and the rest of the business covering for them. The Audit names them. So you stop guessing.

Inside the Audit

Inside the Offer OS Audit

01

Your Offer OS Map (visual)

A custom one-page diagram of your business across all 8 stages of Offer OS: Attract, Capture, Nurture, Convert, Onboard, Deliver, Retain, Systemize. Each stage color-coded by health. You see in one look where your business is strong, where it’s leaking, and how the stages connect.

02

Your Action Doc (written)

A prioritized list of the highest-leverage fixes for your specific business, organized into Quick Wins (under 2 hours for your team), Real Work (worth a proper project), and Urgent Fixes (revenue at risk if left untouched). No generic recommendations. Only what’s true for your stack, your stage, and what you’re building.

03

Your Debrief (sync)

A 30-minute call with me to walk through the findings together. We talk through what stood out to you, the highest-priority fixes, and what makes sense next. Whether that’s the full Offer OS Setup with me, a list of quick wins your team can run, or just clearer eyes on where to focus.

The process

How it works

How it works

1

When you book.

You pay $497 through the link below and complete a short intake form so I can request access to your platforms and learn what’s most on your mind. The Audit timeline starts the moment I have access.

2

Days 1-7 after access: I do the work.

I go through your stack across all 8 stages of Offer OS. I look at the tagging logic, the sequence behavior, the segmentation, the customer-vs-prospect splits, the platform connections, and the points where things drop off. The work happens offline so I can move at depth, not in meeting energy. Delivery lands within 7-10 days of when I get access.

3

Day 7-10: You get the deliverables.

The Offer OS Map, the Action Doc, and a Loom walkthrough land in your inbox. You review them on your own time.

4

Within 2 weeks: We meet for the Debrief.

We get on a 30-minute Debrief call. You bring what stood out to you. We talk through priorities. You leave with clarity, not a longer to-do list.

What this looks like in practice

A few months ago, Claire came to me for an Audit. She had a beautiful coaching practice and no real funnel or membership behind it.

Every launch felt heavy. Leads were coming in from different places, sitting in different lists, and getting followed up with from whatever automation happened to fire that day. There was no SOP behind any of it. The launches worked, but each one required her to hold the whole backend in her head while she ran them.

I mapped her business across the 8 stages. The Capture stage was leaking quietly. Subscribers were entering through three different opt-ins without proper tagging, so all of them got the same long welcome sequence. Cold leads were being introduced to her premium program in week one. Warm leads who’d already taken her free workshop were getting reintroduced to her in week one. The Nurture stage was firing at the wrong audience for half her list. The Convert stage assumed everyone was at the same stage of trust.

The fix was clear from the Map. The Capture stage needed rebuilding with proper segmentation. The Nurture sequences needed to fire by behavior, not by date. We took the work stage by stage from there.

“Every launch used to feel heavy. Now they just run, and I’m finally back in the room with the women I’m here to serve.”

That’s what the Audit surfaces. Not problems to feel bad about. The two or three stages where small changes are quietly costing you the most. Today, Claire’s backend runs without her watching it.

Here’s what becomes possible

Once you can see the whole map of your business:

That’s Operational Confidence.

The work that comes after the Audit, whether you do it with me or with your team, is suddenly grounded in something real.

The Investment

The Offer OS Audit is $497.

That includes:

Payment is one-time. No retainer, no upsell built into the price. If we decide together that the full Offer OS Setup is the right next move, you’ll know after the Debrief, not before.

$5,000

first renewal ever generated through email

“I’m surprised the automated emails work. No one renewed from emails before.”

Common Questions

Everything you might be wondering, answered.

If you’re weighing whether the Audit is worth it: it exists to show you which stages are quietly costing you the most, before you commit to more work.

When you’re ready…

Ready when you are.

Most marketing problems are operations problems in disguise. The Audit shows you which ones, in your business, right now. So the next move you make is the right one.

After payment, you’ll complete a short intake form. The Audit timeline starts the moment I have platform access.
